Tela Vasir is an asari spectre who works for the Shadow Broker. A powerful biotic, she was also know for her role in the dissolution of a slave trading ring.

Lair of the Shadow Broker[]
When Liara T'Soni requests that Commander Shepard meet her at her her apartment. pon arrving at the home on Illium, Shepard finds it as a crime scene being investigated. Vasir intervenes and allows Shepard to look around the aparment for clues on what happened to Liara after someone tried to kill her.
Shepard and Vasir heads to the Dracon Trade Center to find Liara and her contact. When they arrived, three floors were exploded. They find Liara's contact dead, then Liara makes her appearance. She tells the commander that Vasir was the one trying to kill her and that she is working for the Shadow Broker. Vasir runs off with Liara and Shepard following.
Vasir tries to escape with a skycar, but Shepard and Liara also uses one to follow Vasir. She tries to get rid off the two but instead crashes against another skycar and lands on the luxury hotel, Azure. Vasir uses a hostage to take down Liara and Shepard. Ultimately, Shepard and Liara fights Vasir and defeats her. She makes a threat to Shepard before dying from blood loss.
